A stone’s throw from Edinburgh, this historic property had been carefully restored by its previous owner and was structurally sound, but lacking in soul. The clients came to us in search of something more: a home that felt sumptuous, expressive, and deeply personal.
What began as a five-room design brief expanded into a full-house renovation, encompassing custom joinery, bespoke furniture, curated art, and layered, character-rich interiors tailored to modern family living. The result? A series of highly individual spaces, each connected by warmth, texture and intelligent detailing.
