A maximal minimalist Edinburgh penthouse
We’re delighted to reveal our latest completed project: a 3-bed penthouse in Edinburgh’s prestigious New Eidyn development.
Situated in the heart of the city centre, we transformed a sparse new-build into a warm, character-rich Edinburgh retreat that feels like a private boutique hotel, and reflects our clients’ love of design and Scottish heritage The completed penthouse is a masterclass in maximal minimalism: full of joy, colour and personality, yet meticulously curated and effortlessly serene. Scottish in spirit, sophisticated and entirely tailored to its owners.
From summer 2024 to completion in February 2026, Jo led an immersive, trust-driven creative process, presenting concepts in person and remotely to clients living across multiple time zones. A scheme built on “bravery with balance,” featuring deep reds, cobalt blues and saturated accents grounded by calming neutrals, natural materials and intentionally restrained anchor pieces.
