Natalie is one half of our Studio Administrator dream team. Our studio administrators truly are the backbone of the studio, the quiet force keeping every project ticking along smoothly behind the scenes. We love the custom and the bespoke. We love a trim, a tassel, a special finish that exists nowhere else. But that love comes with a lot of moving parts. A single project can easily generate more than 250 purchase orders, spread across multiple suppliers and travelling through several specialist workrooms before being lovingly transformed into its final form.

Natalie makes sure every item ends up exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there. She tracks progress, provides updates (and reassurance) to our designers, and keeps the communication flowing effortlessly. Beyond the studio, she also supports the wider business and our retail operations, helping ensure our whole ecosystem runs with precision and calm.

Outside of the studio, she’s a keen appreciator of art and fashion, and there’s almost always music playing in the background. Natalie also enjoys bringing the outdoors in with new additions to her ever-growing plant collection. She has a soft spot for sleek, minimalist interiors, always balanced with just the right touches of colour and texture. She loves the warmth and personality that comes from carefully curated objects and trinkets, and brings an excellent eye for detail to everything she does.⁠
