We’re delighted with our new meeting room, wallpaper library and tea room, thoughtfully supplied and fitted by Peden & Pringle.

The Tea Room

What began as a practical upgrade has become a space that celebrates craftsmanship, collaboration and the everyday moments of studio life. The tea room also doubles as a display space, allowing clients to experience Peden & Pringle’s craftsmanship first-hand here in Stockbridge — seeing, touching and imagining a little slice of their own future kitchens.

Jo searched high and low for the perfect neon yellow, bringing energy to the space, while Pierre Frey’s mushroom wallpaper adds warmth and texture. Thoughtful details, from the cabinetry to the meticulous panelling, reflect the care that has gone into every element.

Although clients are always our priority, investing in these behind-the-scenes spaces has made a huge difference to our day-to-day. Making morning coffee is now a pleasure, and the tea room has transformed how we spend time together — no more desk lunches, but a place to connect, catch up and collaborate. The slimline dishwasher is a game changer.

We have collaborated with Peden & Pringle on several key projects over the years. Fantastic designs, attention to detail and quality of the installation are why we work with them. We have a shared passion for doing it well and getting it right for the client. The same approach was applied to our wallpaper library and meeting room. Every book, and every trim, has a home. And the ideal place for hand-painted panels by de Gournay — the perfect final touch.

“The Bespoke Cabinetry is all hand made in a time honoured tradition, the ‘in-Frame’ construction, which is the industry ‘Rolls Royce’ approach – each hand made door is a mortice and tenon construction, made with solid Tulipwood and mounted into a solid tulipwood frame, the doors hung using a brass butt hinge, and all our drawer boxes are a handmade dovetailed solid oak construction ensuring a lifetime of use without any trouble. The Cabinets are spray primed with 4 coats of colour matched water based undercoat in the workshop – and then meticulously hand painted with a further 2 coats of branded water based eggshell paint by our extremely talented hand painter.” Adam Peden
