Official title: Retail Sales Manager, but unofficially: the woman who can (and will) track down the most unique pieces for our showroom – the ones you didn’t know you needed until you saw them.
Nicky joined the team in 2024 to lead retail sales across both online and in-store, bringing with her many years of industry experience and military precision to stock management. With a sharp eye for product, she is our treasure hunter, excelling at identifying strong ranges and exceptional suppliers, carefully curating stock that brings Jo’s vision to life. She has an instinctive understanding of the zeitgeist and keeps her finger firmly on the pulse of what’s trending, what’s cool, and what’s coming next. If something is worth knowing about, Nicky already does.
As showroom host, Nicky is warm, welcoming, and highly intuitive. She’s a natural matchmaker — connecting people with the right pieces and guiding clients towards products that truly resonate with them. Above all, she owns the client experience, ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful, personal, and memorable.
Her loves? Mid-century modern lines, zesty psychedelic florals, and earthy 70s ceramics. Her weekends? Rummaging through vintage treasure troves, almost always in something fringed, and probably adding yet another designer perfume to her ever-growing collection.
